Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of plateontechnology.com. They are not the contract for the Concierge service itself - that is agreed separately in writing with each client.
Using this website
You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not copy its design, code, text or imagery for commercial use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
What this website is
Everything here is provided for information. Descriptions of the Concierge, its capabilities, its integrations and any figures shown are illustrative and do not form part of any contract. Demonstrations use fictional businesses and fictional guests.
Nothing on this website is an offer. A service relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Demo access and enquiries
Access to a demonstration is granted at our discretion and may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Demonstration environments are for evaluation only; please do not enter real guest data, payment details or confidential information into them.
Intellectual property
The Plateon name, the Plateon wordmark, the Concierge product and all material on this site belong to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] Ltd unless otherwise stated. Typefaces and third-party components are used under their respective licences.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill and for any decision taken solely on the basis of information published here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded - including liability under mandatory consumer law.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third party, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction - without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the country where you live.
