Sub-processors
Where Plateon processes personal data on behalf of a client business, these are the providers that may process that data with us. Each is bound by a written contract imposing data-protection obligations equivalent to those in our own agreement with the client.
Concierge service

Two points worth stating plainly. Conversation content sent to OpenAI through its API is not used to train OpenAI’s models; under OpenAI’s API terms inputs and outputs may be held for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and are then deleted. And on the telephone, Plateon receives and stores the transcript of a call, not its audio.

Changes and objections
We keep this page current. Clients with an active agreement are notified of any new or replaced sub-processor before it begins processing their data and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds under the terms of their data processing agreement.
